Home Prices in Cleveland

Case-Shiller Index numbers out Tuesday show Cleveland property values holding up on a relative basis.  Cleveland was one of the first areas to dip during the recent housing market plummet, and now it is one of the first regions firming up.  These numbers have sparked debate on whether or not the housing slump is over, as many see Cleveland housing numbers as a leading indicator.  You decide.
